Terms & Conditions
If you need to cancel please text or phone with 48 hours notice. Sessions are fully chargeable if cancelled at short notice. A room fee of £15 is chargeable even if the session is cancelled with notice. Emails can sometimes go into spam folders, so please call or text. Please avoid imessages as sometimes these do not arrive.
Counselling sessions are booked on the hour and last for 50 minutes. Tuition sessions are booked for an hour, 55 mins is for the lesson and 5 minutes for feedback and admin.
Before the first session, payment is made in advance to secure the booking. After which, payment is due at the end of the session, a reminder text will be sent if not received.
Contract: We mutually agree on the area you wish to work on. Guarantees of grades cannot be given unfortunately. Grade boundaries alter each year.
Couples therapy: £75 per session
Individual: £65 per session.
Tuition: £45 KS1-3, £45 KS4-5.
Contact/communication: Please be advised that although I will reply to texts/calls/emails as soon as I can, I may not reply back immediately as I will be with other clients.
Generally I respond between office hours where possible 9-5 Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday 9-12.30. I aim to respond within 1 business day.
I do not offer a crisis service - if you need urgent help please call 111/999/Samaritans.
